Steady and Continuous Rise in Steel Price

Steel prices continue to rise steadily today. Data shows that hot-rolled steel coil price in 24 major cities has risen, 17 of which have risen by 10-60 yuan/ton and 7 cities have remained stable. Medium and heavy steel plate prices rose steadily, with 15 cities rising 10-30 yuan/ton and 8 cities maintaining stability.

hot-rolled steel coil: rising; the average price of 4.75 hot-rolled steel coil in 24 major markets in China is 3897 yuan/ton, up 13 yuan/ton from the previous trading day, 17 of which are up 10-60 yuan/ton, and 7 cities are stable.

Medium and heavy steel plate: the main market rose steadily; the average price of 14-20mm medium steel plate in 23 major markets in China was 4007 yuan/ton, up 8 yuan/ton from the previous trading day, of which 15 cities rose 10-30 yuan/ton and 8 cities remained stable.

Strip steel: up; average price of 2.5mm*232 strip steel in 12 major markets in China is 3857 yuan/ton, up 16 yuan/ton from the previous trading day. The average price of 3.5mm*685 strip steel in 12 major markets in China is 3861 yuan/ton, up 18 yuan/ton from the previous trading day.
