SS400 grade steel tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation shall be evaluated by tension test and must conform to the required tensile properties in JIS G3101 standard. With the increase in thickness of SS400 grade steel, SS400 yield strength decreases.

SS400 Brinell Hardness (HB): 160
