ASTM A387 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plates are designed for welded broilers and pressure vessels designed for elevated temperature service. ASTM A387 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plates are available in grades 2, 12, 11, 22, 22L, 21, 21L, 5, 9 and 91.

The added molybdenum and chromium provides ASTM A387 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plates excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance respectively. Because of its corrosion resistance and high-temperature and tensile strength, ASTM A387 chromium-molybdenum alloy steel plates are used in oil and gas, energy, construction and the automotive industries.
