Checkpoint for LR grade E offshore steel plate

LR grade E offshore steel plate inspection mainly includes two aspects: quality document inspection and product inspection:

1.Quality document inspection, mainly used for factory inspection certificate (MTC) inspection. BBN steel delivers LR grade E offshore steel plate according to the contract requirements, and provides the original quality certificate MTC.

In the rolling mill test certificate, the following contents are included:
(1) standard requirements;
(2) quality record number and certificate number;
(3) batch number, calorific value and technical grade;
(4) chemical composition and mechanical properties of LR grade E offshore steel plate;
(5) the classification society's approval certificate and surveyor's signature.

2.LR grade E offshore steel plate inspection:
With the delivery of LR grade E offshore steel plate for ship building, the ABS E shipbuilding steel plate should have the manufacturer's logo.
(1) accreditation signs of classification societies;
(2) Coating or pasting labels, including hot number, batch number, standard, grade, size and other technical parameters of LR grade E offshore steel plate.
(3) the appearance of LR grade E offshore steel plate should be smooth and free of defects.
