ASTM A516 gr 65 steel plate has good weldability and excellent notch toughness. The ASTM A516 gr 65 steel plate thinner than 40mm normally supplied as rolled, and the ASTM A516 gr 65 steel plate above 40mm thick needs to be normalized.
